摘　　要：目的分析对于急性重症心肌炎者应用针对性护理的有效线性。方法对照组受试者入院后接受常规化治疗以及护理。以此为基础,观察组受试者接受针对性护理干预。分析两组治疗效果以及治疗有效率。结果对照组受试者护理满意度为86.00%,观察组受试者护理满意度为96.00%。相较于对照组,观察组受试者护理满意度明显更高,P <0.05。对照组受试者治疗有效率为64.00%,观察组受试者治疗有效率为92.00%。相较于对照组,观察组受试者治疗有效率明显更高,P <0.05。结论对于重症心肌炎患者来讲,在其开展治疗过程中应用针对性护理干预方式,能够取得满意效果。应用此法能够有效提升患者的治疗有效率,加强护理满意度。有助于医护之间构建和谐的双方关系,因此值得进一步在临床中推广应用。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of targeted nursing in patients with acute severe myocarditis. Methods The subjects in the control group received routine treatment and nursing care after they were admitted to hospital. Based on this, the subjects in the observation group received targeted nursing interventions. The therapeutic effect and therapeutic efficiency of the two groups were analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction was 86.00% in the control group and 96.00% in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the subjects in the observation group was significantly higher, P<0.05. The effective rate of treatment was 64.00% in the control group and 92.00% in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the treatment efficiency of the subjects in the observation group was significantly higher, P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with severe myocarditis, the application of targeted nursing intervention in the course of treatment can achieve satisfactory results. The application of this method can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients and enhance nursing satisfaction. It is helpful to build a harmonious relationship between medical care and medical care, so it is worth further promoting and applying in clinical practice.
