摘 要:为给硝普钠-酸铝互作下红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)幼苗的抗性研究提供科学依据,以红锥幼苗为试验材料,采用双因素完全随机试验设计,设置5个铝浓度水平及2个硝普钠浓度水平的互作处理,研究硝普钠与酸铝互作对红锥幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着铝浓度的增加,各处理组植株株高增量、地径增量、总生物量、根冠比、比叶重及根系等各生长指标均呈先增加后减小的变化趋势;当铝浓度为0.2 mmol/L与硝普钠浓度为0.1 mmol/L时,红锥幼苗各生长指标均为最佳,苗木质量指数最高。综合评价分析表明,低浓度的铝能促进红锥幼苗的生长,施加硝普钠(0.1 mmol/L)对铝胁迫下的红锥幼苗生长具有一定缓解作用。To provide scientific theory for resistance of Castanopsis hystrix seedlings under SNP-AlCl3 interaction, taking C. hystrix seedlings as experimental objects, two-factor completely randomized design was used for studying effects of SNP-AlCl3 interaction on growths of C. hystrix seedlings. Five aluminum concentrations and two SNP concentrations were designed. Results showed that growth indexes of C. hystrix such as plant height increment, ground diameter increment, total biomass, root-shoot ratio, specific leaf weight and root were firstly increased and then decreased with increase of aluminum concentrations. The interaction of 0.2 mmol/L aluminum and 0.1 mmol/L SNP had the best performance with the best growth indexes and seedling quality. Comprehensive evaluation analysis showed that low aluminum concentration could promote growths of C. hystrix seedlings,and SNP application(0.1 mmol/L) could relieve aluminum stress to C. hystrix seedlings.
