摘　　要：利用财务净现值、内部收益率和投资利润率等经济评价指标,对广东琼楠(Beilschmiedia fordii)人工林进行动态和静态的经济评价。结合33年生广东琼楠人工林林分调查和树干解析结果,通过盈亏平衡分析、敏感性分析及财务序列收益分析对其进行经济效益评价。结果表明,33年生广东琼楠人工林造林项目总收入为465383.9元/hm^2,累计净现值为22061.86元/hm^2;总投资利润率和财务内部收益率分别为10.44%和12.59%;22年生时营林投资利润率(12.64%)和财务内部收益率(15.06%)达最大值,初步判定最佳主伐林龄为22年。木材价格高于盈亏临界价格,人工林经营效益可观,投资前景广阔。Using economic evaluation indexes of net present value,internal rate of return and return on investment,dynamic and static economic evaluation on Beilschmiedia fordii plantation were made.Combining stand investigation and stem analysis of 33-year-old B.fordii plantation,economic benefit evaluation was made by break-even analysis,sensitivity analysis and financial sequence income analysis.Results showed that total investment income of 33-year-old B.fordii plantation afforestation project was 465383.9 yuan/hm^2 and cumulative net present value was 22061.86 yuan/hm^2.Total return on investment and financial internal rate of return were 10.44%and 12.59%,respectively.Return on investment and internal rate of return reached the highest(12.64%and 15.06%respectively)at 22-year-old.The best main felling age was 22 years old.Timber price was higher than break-even point price.Management benefit of plantation was considerable and had good prospect.
