摘 要:通过测定膝柄木(Bhesa robusta)及6个伴生树种红鳞蒲桃(Syzygium hancei)、黑嘴蒲桃(S.bullockii)、海南蒲桃(S.hainanense)、蒲桃(S.jambos)、蔓九节(Psychotria serpens)和少花海桐(Pittosporum pauciflorum)叶片的叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究膝柄木群落优势树种的生理适应能力,探讨膝柄木的生存地位和濒危的原因。应用隶属函数法对7个树种的6个生理指标进行综合评价,生理性能表现为海南蒲桃>蒲桃>黑嘴蒲桃>膝柄木>红鳞蒲桃>蔓九节>少花海桐。膝柄木对目前生境的生理适应性处于中等水平,人类对膝柄木生境的破坏造成的光照、水分和养分等生理胁迫是种群退化和濒危的主要原因之一。Physiological adaptability of dominant species in Bhesa robusta community was studied,and survival status of B.robusta and reason of its endangered status were discussed by analyzing chlorophyll content,membrane permeability,POD activity,CAT activity,SOD activity and MDA content of B.robusta and six associated species such as Syzygium hancei,S.bullockii,S.hainanense,S.jambos,Psychotria serpens and Pittosporum pauciflorum.Membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate six physiological indexes of seven species.Results showed that order of physiological adaptability was S.hainanense>S.jambos>S.bullockii>B.robusta>S.hancei>P.serpens>P.pauciflorum,and physiological adaptability of B.robusta in present habitat was medium.Physiological stresses of light,water and nutrient caused by destruction from human for B.robusta habitat were main reasons for population degradation and extinction.
