摘  要:应用索氏提取法对鸦胆子(Brucea javanica)粗油的提取工艺进行研究。在单因素试验基础上,选择试验因素和水平,设计正交试验考察鸦胆子粗油的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为提取温度85℃、液料比8∶1(mL∶g)、提取时间1.5 h和提取2次。粗油提取率为23.13%,RSD值为1.49%,表明此工艺可行且稳定,提取率高。Extraction technology of crude oil from Brucea javanica was studied by using Soxhlet extraction.On basis of single factor experiment,test factors and levels were selected,and optimal extraction technology of crude oil from B.javanica was investigated according to orthogonal experiment.Results showed that optimal extraction technology was extraction temperature of 85℃,liquid to solid ratio of 8:1(mL:g),extraction time of 1.5 h and extraction twice.Extraction rate of crude oil was 23.13%,and RSD was 1.49%,which indicated that process was feasible and stable,and extraction rate was high.
