摘 要:针对目前铜矿与脉石分离方法存在劳动效率低、劳动强度大等问题,提出一种基于X射线的铜矿与脉石的分离系统。该系统利用X射线穿透不同密度和原子序数的物质后吸收程度的差异化原理得到铜矿和脉石的图像,Judge系统通过预先设定的阈值,对图像数值进行辨识并给出结论,从而实现铜矿和脉石的分离。该文为铜矿生产企业分离脉石提供了一种思路,可供下一步试验验证或实际应用借鉴参考。Aiming at the problems of low labor efficiency and high labor intensity in the separation method of copper and gangue at present,a separation system of copper and gangue based on X ray is proposed. The system uses X ray to penetrate the different density and atomic number of the material after the absorption of the difference principle to obtain copper and gangue images,with the pre-set threshold by Judge system,and the identification of image value which comes to a conclusion,so as to achieve separation of copper and gangue. This paper provides a way for copper mining enterprises to separate gangue,which can be used for reference in the next experiment and practical application.
