摘　　要：习近平同志在党的十九大报告中提出乡村振兴战略,把三农问题作为全党工作的重中之重,伴随着经济的发展,农村的文化发展、农村居民的文化生活出现了许多与之不平衡、不充分的发展关系,丞待解决。振兴乡村文化,提高农村居民的文化生活质量,将是乡村振兴、解决三农问题的重要一环。近年来创意文化产业在我国方兴未艾,在创意文化产业的带动下,农村也发展出了颇有特色的创意农业。Many areas in rural China are rich in natural, historical and folk art resources, and have broad development prospects in creative cultural industry. On one hand, this paper uses field survey methods to make an in-depth analysis of the specific problems in the cultural life of rural residents at this stage. On the other hand, the author focuses on the development of high-quality creative cultural industries, the positive effects on improving the quality of cultural life of rural residents, and guiding farmers to participate in the development of local creative cultural industries in a more appropriate form. The purpose is to closely connect the creative cultural industry with the farmers’ cultural life, and explore a new path for the development of farmers’ cultural life and the local creative cultural industry.
