摘 要:为解决变电站中特高压气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备GIS(gas insulated switchgear)快速瞬态过电压VFTO(very fast transient over-voltage)对保护装置就地化影响的问题,本文定性分析了GIS操作隔离开关产生的VFTO机理,通过ATP-EMTP仿真定量计算了VFTO幅值及分布规律,提出了采用改善一次系统和二次防护配合的方法以降低系统VFTO,提高二次系统的抗干扰能力。一次系统通过增加隔离开关分合闸阻尼电阻、加强接地、降低母线高度降低波阻抗、增加隔离开关分合闸速度等方法降低系统VFTO水平;二次系统通过加强信号防护及电源滤波、优化机箱结构设计与屏蔽设计、将就地装置布置在干扰较低的位置等方法提高二次系统的可靠性。为保护装置就地化可靠运行提供了有效的解决措施。To solve the problem of influences on the on-site protection of secondary equipment due to the very fast transient over-voltage(VFTO)in high-voltage gas insulated metal closed switch-gear,the VFTO generated by the disconnecting switch in gas insulated switch-gear(GIS)is analyzed,the VFTO amplitude and distribution law are calculated quantitatively,and a method of improving the primary system and secondary protection is proposed to reduce the system VFTO and improve the anti-interference capability of the secondary system. For the primary system,its VFTO level is reduced by using methods such as adding isolated switch closing and damping resistance,enhancing grounding,reducing bus bar height and wave impedance,and increasing the isolated switch speed. For the secondary system,its reliability is improved by using methods such as strengthening signal protection and power filter,optimizing the chassis structure design and shielding design,and lay outing on-site devices at low-interference locations. The research in this paper provides an effective solution for on-site equipment protection.
