摘 要:有限元分析的结果与其模型的前处理、约束设置、载荷施加方式等密切相关。针对二板式注塑机动模板有限元分析中的网格划分、约束设置等问题展开了研究。在划分网格之前,对动模板模型进行分割处理,将不规则的模型分割成易自动划分为六面体网格的规则小块,之后得到的网格数量、节点数约为直接自动划分法的1/2、1/6,且绝大部分网格类型为六面体,网格质量高,简单高效;结合动模板受力分析及可能出现的结果,设置三组动模板模型的约束,对照装配体分析结果,得到最接近实际工况的动模板有限元分析约束设置,具有较高工程应用参考价值。The results of finite element analysis were closely related to the model pretreatment,the constraint settings and the loading mode.The mesh generation and constraint settings in finite element analysis of two plate injection mold were studied.Before dividing the grid,the moving template model was divided and the irregular model was divided into regular blocks which could be automatically divided into hexahedral mesh.Then the number and nodes obtained was about 1/2 and 1/6 of the automatic generation method.Moreover,the majority of mesh types were hexahedral,which were high quality,simple and efficient.Combining with the moving template force analysis and possible results,three sets of moving template model constraints were installed.Then comparing the results of assembly analysis,the constraint settings of moving template finite element analysis which were nearest to the actual working conditions could be obtained and it had high reference value in engineering application.
