摘  要:不同的浇口位置会对塑件的外观产生影响。在Moldex3D Designer中设计出三款进浇位置不同的浇口。对三款浇口设计方案建立相同的冷却系统,并产生BLM网格。选择了两款剪切敏感性不同的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)材料,在合适的成型条件下运用Moldex3D R16模拟分析。模拟结果中,通过对缝合线位置、凹痕位移及翘曲变形进行比较得到了最优的浇口位置,发现材料属性虽然会对塑件外观产生影响,但对浇口位置的选择并无明显影响。结合模拟结果,对最优浇口位置的预测进行了分析及解释,并对材料选择给出合理建议。The different gate positions could affect the appearance of the plastic part.Three kinds of gates with different pouring positions were designed in Moldex3 D Designer.The same cooling system was established for the three gate designs,and the BLM grid was generated.Two kinds of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) materials with different shear sensitivities were selected,and Moldex3 D R16 was used for simulation analysis under appropriate molding conditions.In the simulation results,the optimal gate position is obtained by comparing the seam line position,dent displacement and warping deformation.It is found that the material properties have an impact on the appearance of the plastic part,however there is no significant impact on the selection of gate position.Combining with the simulation results,the prediction of the optimal gate location is analyzed and explained,and the reasonable suggestions for material selection are privided.
