摘 要:利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材的微晶熔融焓。将PVC-U管材的熔融过程在DSC仪器软件上再现,次级微晶和初级微晶的熔融吸收峰分别为A峰和B峰,在A峰起始点和B峰起始点之间划一直线,直线下方的阴影面积即为微晶熔融焓;由于PVC-U管材中添加剂的存在而导致假峰时,需要拟合假峰面积,将其扣除;PVC-U管材试样与样品盘的接触充分,有利于得到规则且平滑的DSC结果曲线;在实际测试中,宜从管壁芯层取样,综合考虑0°、90°、180°和270°4个方位的结果值。The enthalpy of fusion of crystallites of rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC-U) pipes were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) method.The melting process of PVC-U pipes were reproduced in DSC.software.The endotherms of secondary micro crystalline and primary micro crystalline were A-onset and B-onset.A straight line should be drawn between the A-onset and B-onset temperatures,then the enthalpy of fusion was the shaded area under the curve lying.When the presence of additives leaded to spurious peak,it was necessary to fit the area of spurious peak and deduct it.If the contact between PVC-U tube specimen and sample plate was sufficient,it was beneficial to obtain regular and smooth DSC results curves.It was advisable to take samples from the centre of the pipe wall and comprehensively consider the result values of 0°,90°,180 0 and 270°.
