摘  要:对废旧热固性酚醛树脂进行粉碎回收,运用低场核磁共振、红外光谱、扫描电镜等手段对酚醛树脂粉末的物理和化学结构进行表征,并对引发解交联的力化学机理进行了研究。结果表明,热固性酚醛树脂材料在粉碎过程中发生了解交联反应,解交联效果随着电机转速的升高呈先增强后减弱的趋势,并在2 600 r/min时达到最佳,材料内部的交联信号强度下降到60. 41%,在粉碎过程中应力场作用是发生解交联反应的主要原因。The waste thermosetting phenolic resin was recovered by pulverizing and the mechanochemistry mechanism of decrosslinking of the thermosetting phenolic resin was studied.The physical and chemical structure of the pulverized phenolic resin powder were characterized by the low-field NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance),IR(infrared spectroscopy) and SEM(scanning electron microscopy).The results show that the thermosetting phenolic resins undergo de-crosslinking reaction when they are pulverized.The degree of de-crosslinking increases first and then decreases with the increase of the motor speed,and reaches the best at 2 600 r/min.The signal strength of cross-linking inside the material decreases to 60.41%.The stress field reaction is the main reason for the de-crosslinking during the crushing process.
