摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出机加工并制备基于聚(对苯二甲酰己二胺/间苯二甲酰己二胺)(PA6T/6I)及聚(对苯二甲酰己二胺/己二酰己二胺)(PA6T/66)的耐老化玻纤增强高温尼龙复合材料,玻璃纤维的质量分数为35%,研究了铜盐抗氧剂对该复合材料的挤出加工、力学及耐老化性能的影响。结果表明,在PA6T/6I体系中,铜盐抗氧剂会导致挤出加工得到海绵发泡状的粒子,而在PA6T/66体系中,铜盐抗氧剂对其加工性能无影响。结合挤出加工参数、相对黏度及毛细管流变曲线,推测在PA6T/6I体系中铜盐抗氧剂使得挤出加工时熔体温度过高而导致体系中高分子发生微交联及降解反应,使粒子呈现海绵发泡状。优化螺杆组合以降低熔体温度是改善添加铜盐抗氧剂的PA6T/6I体系的加工性能的一种有效方法。力学性能及老化数据表明,铜盐抗氧剂引起的海绵状粒子现象对体系的短期力学性能及长期老化性能无明显影响。The poly(p-phenylhexylenediamine/m-phenylhexylenediamine)(PA6 T/6 I) and poly(p-benzoyl hexylenediaminelhexy lenediamine)(PA6 T/66) based glass fiber reinforced composites were prepared by twin-screw extruder and the mass fraction of glass fiber was 35%.The influence of the copper salt antioxidant on the extrusion processing,mechanical and aging resistance properties of composites were studied.The results show that Cu antioxidant could lead to the sponge-like pellets in the PA6 T/6 I system,while there is no influence of Cu antioxidant on processing properties in the PA6 T/66 system.Combining with the parameters of extrusion processing,relative viscosity and capillary rheology curves,it is inferred that the exorbitant melting temperature caused by adding Cu antioxidant could lead to the micro-cross-linking and degradation reactions in PA6 T/6 I-based system,making the particles be sponge-like.Lowering the melting temperature with screw configuration optimization is an effect method to enhance the processibility of PA6 T/6 I-based composite with Cu antioxidant.The mechanical properties and aging data show that there is no obvious influence of the sponge-like particles on the short term mechanical properties and long term aging properties.
