摘  要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)为增韧剂,滑石粉为填充物,制备了PP复合材料。采用光泽度计研究了不同皮纹状态、成型工艺条件对PP复合材料低光泽度化的影响。结果表明,皮纹状态会不同程度降低PP复合材料的光泽度;凹凸纹理阻碍了光在表面上的镜面反射,沿光入射方向上分布的凹凸纹理起到了主要作用;连续、无序、凹凸对比突出的皮纹结构阻碍了光在表面的镜面反射,使得光散射程度增加,表面光泽度降低;提高注塑温度,增加保压压力、保压速率与保压时间对低光皮纹面的光泽度降低有益。Taking polypropylene(PP) as matrix,ethylene-octene copolymer(POE) as flexibilizer and talc as filler,the PP composites were prepared.The effects of texture state and injection process on the low gloss of PP composites were studied by gloss meter.The results show that the different texture could reduce the gloss of PP composites.Bump texture blocks the specular reflection of light on the surface,and the bump texture distributes along the direction of light plays the major role.The continuous,disordered,convex and concave texture structure blocks the specular reflection of light on the surface,which increases the degree of light scattering and reduces the surface glossiness.The increase of injection temperature,holding pressure,holding rate and holding time are beneficial to reduce the glossiness of the low gloss texture.
