高血压不同中医证型病人超声心动图及心冲击图的差异性分析

摘　　要：目的研究高血压不同中医证型病人心冲击图主要指标及左室质量指数(LVMI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)的差异性。方法选取97例原发性高血压病人纳入高血压组,30例非高血压病人纳入非高血压组。两组均采用心冲击图采集仪器测定其主要指标。同时对高血压组病人进行超声心动图检查,测定LVMI、LVEF值。结果高血压组心冲击图H、J、K值明显低于非高血压组,而tHI、tJK值明显高于非高血压组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压组不同中医证型心冲击图指标、LVEF、LVMI值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过心冲击图研究高血压有一定的可行性。高血压不同中医证型病人心冲击图指标及LVEF、LVMI之间的差异性,可为高血压中医辨证提供客观的量化指标。Objective To investigate the differences of main indicators of echocardiography,left ventricular mass index(LVMI),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in hypertension patients with different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes.Methods Ninety-seven essential hypertension(EH)patients were included in EH group.Thirty non-EH patients were included in non-EH group.Ballistocardiogram(BCG)main indexes were tested by BCG acquisition instrument in both group.LVMI and LVEF were measured by echocardiography in EH group.Results BCG indexes H,J,K values in EH group were lower than those in non-EH group,tHI,tJK values in EH group were higher than those in non-EH group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in BCG indexes,LVEF,LVMI in different TCM syndromes of hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion BCG studies of hypertension have certain feasibility.The BCG indexes,LVMI,and LVEF in hypertension patients with different TCM syndromes can provide objective quantitative index for TCM syndrome differentiation of hypertension.
