传承精华 守正创新--新时代中医药发展的根本遵循

摘　　要：新时代为中医药发展提供了前所未有的新机遇。首先,健康中国计划为中医药发展提供了发展新平台;其次,《中医药法》《中医药传承创新发展指导意见》为中医药发展提供了强有力的政策保障;再次,人工智能、大数据、区块链等信息技术为中医药发展提供了新技术。"传承精华守正创新"当为中医药发展进入新时代的根本遵循。基于中医药的本质特征,论述传承精华、守正创新的内涵。The new era provides unprecedented new opportunities for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Firstly, Healthy China plan provides a new platform for the development of traditional Chinese medicine;Secondly, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Law and the Guiding Opinions on the Inheritance, Innovation and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine provide strong policy guarantees for the development of traditional Chinese medicine;Thirdly, information technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and block chain provide new technologies for the development of traditional Chinese medicine."Inheriting the essence, adherence and innovation" should be the fundamental principle for the development of traditional Chinese medicine when entering a new era.This paper discussed the connotation of inheriting the essence, adherence and innovation based on the essential characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
