摘 要:铲唇是挖掘机铲斗的重要组成部分,其外形多为复杂空间曲面,切削加工难度大。挖掘机铲斗铲唇的数控加工采用球头对刀棒辅助对刀,解决了万向铣头处于复合角度时的对刀难题,并提高了对刀工作效率;采用程序验证的方法,保证了万向铣头旋转角度的准确性;使用普通数控机床进行切削加工,提高了机床的利用率,有利于降本增效。The bucket lip is a major component of the excavator bucket. Its profile consists of complicated space curved surface and is difficult to machine. The NC machining technology for the bucket lip of the excavator applied spherical head facing towards cutter rod to realize auxiliary cutter setting, so as to solve the cutter setting of the universal milling head at complex angle and enhance the cutter setting efficiency. In addition, the program verification method was applied to guarantee the accuracy of the rotary angle of the universal milling head. Meanwhile, common NC machining tool was applied to the machining of the bucket lip, which improved the utilization ratio of the machining tool as well as conduced to cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
