摘　　要：邵式平是无产阶级革命家,赣东北、闽浙赣苏区创始人之一,方志敏的亲密战友,新中国江西经济社会发展的开创者和奠基人。革命战争时期,他组建了赣东北地区中共第一个党支部;参与领导弋横起义,创建赣东北苏区;领导扩编红十军和有关军事行动,反对“左”倾政策;率部与中央红军上清会师;筹建苏区闽赣省,创建红七军团;致力陕北公学建设,总结闽浙赣苏区史经验。新中国成立后,他出任江西省首任省长,领导谋划省会南昌的市政建设,率先提出南昌“一江两岸”战略构想;制造新中国第一架飞机;三年困难时期调粮支困;创办垦殖场和“共大”;尊重厚待知识分子,重视发展社会科学等等,奠定了江西各项事业发展的坚实基础。Shao Shiping is a proletarian revolutionist,one of the founders of the Northeast Jiangxi Soviet Area and the Fujian-Zhejiang-Jiangxi Soviet Area,a Fang Zhimin's close comrade in arms,and the originator and founder of Jiangxi economic and social development in New China.During the period of the Revolutionary War,he set up the first party branch of the CPC in Northeast Jiangxi;participated in leading the Yiheng Uprising to create the Northeast Jiangxi Soviet Area;led the expansion of the tenth Red Army and related military action to fight against the left-leaning policy;led the army to join forces with the central Red Army in Shangqing;prepared for the establishment of Fujian-Jiangxi province and the seventh Red Army Group;devoted himself to the construction of public schools in Northern Shaanxi and summarized the historical experience of Fujian-Zhejiang-Jiangxi Soviet Areas.After the founding of new China,he took the post of the first governor of Jiangxi,leading and planning the municipal construction of Nanchang,the provincial capital.He took the lead in proposing Nanchang's strategic concept of"one river,two sides";manufacturing the first plane of new China;transferring food to solve difficulties during the three-year difficult period;establishing the reclamation farm and the"Communist Labour University";respecting and giving intellectuals preferential treatment and attaching importance to the development of social sciences,etc.,which laid a solid foundation for the development of various undertakings in Jiangxi.
