摘　　要：本文从分析当前国内外绿色建筑经济激励政策入手,在了解相关研究背景的前提下,阐述绿色建筑的相关理论,从经济学的角度对绿色建筑经济激励相关原理进行深入分析,将其与非绿色建筑的外部不经济性进行对比,发现我国现阶段绿色建筑经济激励政策中存在的问题,从而着重探讨适合我国绿色建筑经济发展的解决方案,并分别从不同阶段提出了解决措施。Starting from the analysis of the current domestic and foreign green building economic incentive policies,on the premise of understanding the relevant research background,this paper expounds the relevant theories of green building,analyzes the relevant principles of green building economic incentive from the perspective of economics,compares it with the external diseconomy of non green building,finds out the problems existing in the current green building economic incentive policy in China,and then focuses on the solutions suitable for China's green building economic development,and puts forward the solutions from different stages.
