摘  要:变电站建设投资额巨大、建设过程复杂、建设周期长,导致造价管控难度大。尤其是,变电站建筑工程受外界影响较大,不确定因素较多,因此对其进行造价控制就显得更为重要。为有效控制变电站建筑工程的投资,准确判断造价水平的合理性,文章将基于北京地区常规建设规模的三个110kV变电站工程,通过统计学的方法探究概预算造价水平及工程量存在的差异和规律,归纳整理出稳定指标,为电力造价人员编制概算时提供相应的造价指标和参考依据。另外,又进一步测算土方、钢筋混凝土、金属构件的工程量,为土建设计人在初设阶段提资时提供合理范围。Substation construction has huge investment,the complicated construction process,and the long construction period.So,it is difficult to control the cost.In particular,the construction of substations is greatly affected by the outside world and has more uncertain factors,so it is more important to control its cost.In order to effectively control the investment of substation construction projects and accurately judge the rationality of the cost level,this article will based on the three 110kV substation projects of conventional construction scale in Beijing area,explore the differences and laws of the estimated cost level and the amount of engineering through statistical methods,summarize and sort out the stable index,provide the corresponding cost index and reference basis for the electric power cost personnel to prepare the budget.In addition,the estimated engineering volume of earthwork,reinforced concrete,and metal components is further measured to provide a reasonable scope for civil designers during the initial design stage.
