摘 要:IPD模式作为一种有效改善参与方之间合作关系、最大程度提高施工效率的新型项目交付模式,已成为近年来工程应用的热点。推行IPD模式的核心问题是合作,而实现良好的合作又必须建立在IPD项目团队各参与方良好信任关系的基础上。对IPD项目团队现行信任机制进行分析,得出当前IPD项目团队SPE合同条款的不足,从完善现有IPD合同信任机制的角度出发,基于团队合作伙伴选择的视角提出了IPD项目团队现行信任机制的改进对策。IPD mode is the new project delivery mode which can effectively improve the cooperation among the participants and the construction efficiency to the greatest extent.It has become the hot spot in engineering application in recent years.The core problem of implementing IPD mode is cooperation,and the realization of good cooperation must be based on the good trust relationship among the participants of IPD project team.The current trust mechanism of IPD project team is analyzed,and the deficiencies of SPE contract terms of current IPD project team is concluded.From the perspective of improving the existing trust mechanism of IPD contract,the improvement countermeasures of current trust mechanism of IPD project team are put forward based on the perspective of team partner selection.
