摘　　要：HNDS-3000L双层双加热混捏锅是将已计量配制好的原料进行加热搅拌,使物料达到一定要求的均匀糊状体的机器,它适用于石油焦、沥青焦、冶金焦等物料的混捏。混捏机的漏粉漏料漏油主要存在于搅刀轴头两端、锅盖周围密封、漏斗与锅体连接处的密封,旋转接头,整个锅体各个结合面处等几个部位。搅刀处的密封就尤为重要,此种搅刀轴与外界的密封,采用填料加螺旋端面密封,保证密封性能,防止漏料。采用了防磨措施,轴与密封处设计了轴套,表面经特殊处理,有效的防止了糊料外漏及对搅刀轴的磨损。HNDS-3000L double-layer double-heating kneading pot is a machine which can heat and stir the measured raw materials to make them reach certain requirements.It is suitable for kneading petroleum coke,asphalt coke,metallurgical coke and other materials.The leaking oil of kneader mainly exists in the two ends of the stirring tool shaft,the sealing around the pot cover,the sealing of the joint between the funnel and the pot body,the rotating joint,the joint of the whole pot body and so on.The knife is particularly important at the seal,the knife shaft and the outside of the seal,the use of packing plus spiral end seal,to ensure sealing performance,prevent material leakage.Anti-wear measures were adopted,and the shaft and seal were designed.The surface was specially treated to prevent the leakage of the material and the abrasion of the cutter shaft.
