摘　　要：高酸值原油的高腐蚀性,在加工过程中必然带来大量的设备腐蚀问题,尤其是加工高酸值原油的龙头装置--常减压蒸馏装置将面临着更为严重的设备腐蚀问题,探索高酸值原油在常减压蒸馏过程中行之有效的设备防腐措施,将对企业的安全生产和经济效益有着重要的现实意义。本文介绍了某公司600万吨/年常减压蒸馏装置为应对加工高酸值原油,采取的系列防护措施;并对今后的优化方向进行了一定的探讨。The high corrosivity of high-acid crude oil will inevitably bring a lot of equipment corrosion problems during processing,especially the atmospheric and vacuum distillation device,which is the leading device for processing high-acid crude oil,will face more serious equipment corrosion problems.Exploring the effective equipment anti-corrosion measures of high-acid value crude oil in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation process will have important practical significance for the safety production and economic benefits of enterprises.This article introduces a series of protective measures adopted by a company's 6 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in response to the processing of high-acid crude oil,and also discusses the direction of future optimization.
