摘　　要：本文主要介绍了阳春新钢铁有限责任公司年处理13万吨含铁粉尘生产线,本生产线工艺主要分为原料搅拌混合、压球系统两部分,本生产线用自发热剂代替了加热炉干燥系统,减少了能耗,为合理利用钢铁厂含铁粉尘提供了可行方案。This paper mainly introduces the Production Line of treating 130,000 tons iron-containing dust annually in Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd..The production line technology is mainly divided into two parts:raw material mixing and ball pressing system,in this production line,self-heating agent is used instead of heating furnace drying system,which reduces energy consumption and provides a feasible scheme for reasonable utilization of iron-containing dust in iron and steel plant.
