摘 要:电源系统是由不同的构件组成,其中微型X射线管是重要的构件之一。在X射线技术发展过程中,应用X射线构建电源系统,可以使原有的工频发生变化,并在变化期间形成中频逆变电路。进入到上世纪90年代,X射线电源系统由中频进入到高频,高频电源系统的应用,不仅促进X射线设备的快速发展,还能减少输出滤波电容对电路的影响,进一步缩小电源系统的体积,使用体积小重量轻的电源系统,可以显著提升电源系统的工作效率。本文围绕微型X射线管灯丝电源的研制展开讨论,为X射线管发展提供参考依据。The power supply system is composed of different components,among which the micro X-ray tube is one of the important components.In the development of X-ray technology,the use of X-rays to build a power system can change the original power frequency and form an intermediate frequency inverter circuit during the change.In the 1990s,the X-ray power supply system went from intermediate frequency to high frequency.The application of high-frequency power supply system not only promoted the rapid development of X-ray equipment,but also reduced the influence of the output filter capacitor on the circuit,and further narrowed the power supply system.The small size and light weight of the power system can significantly improve the efficiency of the power system.This article focuses on the development of the micro X-ray tube filament power supply,to provide reference for the development of X-ray tubes.
