摘 要:目的探讨高分子微孔材料治疗浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年7月北京积水潭医院烧伤科收治的烧伤总面积<10%总体表面积且均为浅Ⅱ度烧伤的患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用高分子微孔材料覆盖创面治疗,对照组采用凡士林油纱覆盖创面治疗,比较两组患者首次更换敷料时创面粘连程度、出血程度、疼痛程度,以及两组患者的睡眠质量、换药次数、创面愈合时间,创面愈合后2个月观察愈合部位的色素沉着情况。结果首次换药时观察组的创面粘连程度、出血程度、疼痛程度均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。观察组的睡眠质量明显优于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。创面愈合后2个月两组愈合部位色素沉着情况比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论高分子微孔材料治疗浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面可减少创面粘连、出血,减轻更换敷料时的疼痛,减少换药次数,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate clinical effect of high polymer microporous materials in the treatment of superficial second degree burn wounds, Method From August 2018 to July 2019, 80 patients with total burn area less than 10% of total surface area(TBSA) and shallow superficial second degree burn were selected from the burn department of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with random number table method, 40 in each group. In the observation group, the wound was covered with high polymer microporous material, in the control group, the wound was covered with vaseline oil gauze. The degree of adhesion, bleeding, pain score and sleep quality were compared between the two groups when they first changed the wound dressing. The degree of pigmentation in the healing site was observed after 2 months follow-up. Result During the first dressing change, the degree of adhesion, bleeding and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01). The sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the frequency of dressing change was less than that of the control group, and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in pigmentation between the two groups 2 months after wound healing(P > 0.05). Conclusion Treatment of superficial second degree burn wounds with high polymer microporous material can reduce adhesion and bleeding, reduce the pain of dressing change, reduce the times of dressing change, shorten the time of wound healing, and the curative effect is better than vaseline oil gauze, which is worthy of clinical application.
