摘　　要：在台陆配是中国领土主权范围内的跨境婚姻移民。由于两岸关系的特殊复杂性,他们是台湾地区的一个特殊群体,遭受来自台湾当局的政治和政策双重歧视。陆配从事政治参与的主要动因是反抗台湾当局对他们的政治歧视和政策歧视,从而维护自身合法权益。这些政治参与活动主要以游行示威、沟通协调、加入政党、成立社团、参加选举等方式进行。总体来看,经过多年的政治参与,台湾当局针对陆配的政策歧视大幅减缓,陆配群体的处境也得到改善。但是由于陆配群体政治参与热情不高,尤其是他们未能充分利用台湾地区对社团组织的宽松政策环境,现有社团资源整合也存在困难,因此其政治参与效果非常有限。pepole in Taiwan’s spouses from the mainland is a cross-Strait marriage immigration within the scope of China’s territorial sovereignty.Due to the special complexity of Cross-Strait relations,they are a special group in the Taiwan region and suffer from political and policy double discrimination from the Taiwan authorities.The main motivation of the political participation of pepole in Taiwan’s spouses from the mainland is to resist the political discrimination and policy discrimination against them by the Taiwan authorities,so as to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.These political participation activities are mainly carried out by means of demonstrations,communication and coordination,joining political parties,establishing associations and participating in elections.On the whole,after years of political participation,the Taiwan authorities’policy discrimination against spouses from the mainland has been greatly alleviated,and the situation of this spouse group has been greatly improved.However,due to their low enthusiasm for political participation,especially their failure to make full use of Taiwan’s loose policy environment for community organizations,and the difficulty in integration of existing community resources,the effects of their political participation are very limited.
