机翼重力应急放油计算研究

摘  要:针对某型飞机机翼油箱重力应急放油问题进行了相关计算研究,确定了影响应急放油效率的关键因素,并建立了机翼油箱应急放油的数学模型。基于Flowmaster一维流体仿真平台,对不同飞行高度下机翼应急放油过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,随着海拔升高,放油量(质量)先增大后减小,存在最佳放油高度,最佳放油高度区间为4 000~6 000 m,在该高度下,系统应急放油能兼顾放油速率和放油量,同时该计算结果也验证了某型飞机的最佳应急放油高度。This paper discusses the gravity emergency oil discharge of wing oil tank of a certain type of aircraft,put forward the key factors that affect the emergency oil discharge efficiency and establishes the mathematical model of emergency oil discharge of wing oil tank.Based on the Flowmaster one-dimensional fluid simulation platform,the wing under emergency oil drain process is simulated,the results show that with the altitude increasing,the oil amount(mass) increases first and then decreases,and there is a best oil drain height,and the best dumping height range is 4 000-6 000 m.At this altitude range,the emergency oil drain can meet the requirement of both oil drain rate and oil drain amount.Meanwhile, the calculation results provide a reference basis for aircraft startup emergency oil drain procedures.
