摘　　要：2016年,美国乔治·华盛顿大学图书馆进行了开拓性探索,文章通过对本次改革的策划者吉尼瓦·亨瑞馆长以及罗宾·德拉卢瓦副馆长的深度访谈,围绕乔治·华盛顿大学图书馆与学术创新部的使命与愿景、理念与发展、定位与职能及知识服务体系与内容,详细梳理了图书馆与学校六大部门合并成立学术创新部的深层次背景与设计理念,为中国高校图书馆定位、组织、服务变革提供理论借鉴和实践参照。The contemporary orientation and the trend of services of the academic library are key points in the development of the library transformation.In 2016,the George Washington University Library conducted pioneering exploration and practice.Through the in-depth interviews with the Dean Geneva Henry,the reform planner,and the Associated Dean Robin Delaloye,this paper focuses on the mission and vision,concept and development,role and function,the knowledge service system and content of the George Washington University Library and Academic Innovation and combes the deep background and design concept of the establishment of Academic Innovation after merging with the the six departments of university in detail,providing theoretical and practical reference for the orientation,organization and service reform of Chinese university libraries.
