机构重组与职能超越:美国高校馆际 互借与文献传递服务的长尾式生存

摘　　要：传统馆际互借与文献传递业务颓势明显,长尾化处境已成为高校馆际互借与文献传递服务的新常态,其长尾式生存的应对之策也成为国内外高校图书馆的共同命题。文章介绍了美国高校图书馆通过机构重组,将馆际互借与文献传递融入新技术服务和新馆藏服务的具体做法;呈现出美国高校馆际互借与文献传递服务者走出舒适区实现职能超越的各种示例,认为通过机构重组和职能超越,不但能为高校馆际互借与文献传递服务带来长尾式生存的新动力,而且将为这项传统服务建立起全新和更高的价值目标。The traditional interlibrary loan and document delivery is declining obviously,and the long-tailed situation has become the new normal for interlibrary loan and document delivery services in universities and its long-tailed survival strategy has also become a common proposition of university libraries in domestic and on abroad.The specific practices of integrating interlibrary loan and document delivery service into the new technology service and the new collection development through institutional restructuring in American university libraries were introduced,and various examples of how interlibrary loan and document delivery service providers in American universities go out of the comfort zone to achieve functional transcendence were presented.It was believed that the restructuring of institutions and the transcendence of functions would not only bring new impetus for the long-tailed survival of the interlibrary loan and document delivery service in universities,but also establish a new and higher goal for this traditional service.
