寒区煤油炉取暖的网架式帐篷温度场仿真分析

摘　　要：目的:模拟仿真分析寒冷环境下应用煤油炉取暖的网架式帐篷温度场,获得帐篷内部各点温度分布规律,为热效能的分析及节能改造提供参考依据。方法:通过多次温度测试,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对网架式帐篷内的温度场进行模拟仿真分析。结果:严寒冬季夜间和白天环境温度分别为-15℃及-6℃时,将2台煤油炉放置于网架帐篷内,观察帐篷内温度波动范围,采用自然对流的送热模式,在垂直方向上热分层现象较为明显,大部分区域气流速度能够满足帐篷内舒适性的要求。结论:模拟结果有助于了解帐篷内温度场分布变化,指导冬季寒冷环境野外驻训网架式帐篷内药品、箱组及病床摆放。但由于热分层现象,并不建议煤油炉为网架式帐篷内的首选取暖设施,只可做暂时替代使用。Objective:To simulate and analyze the temperature field in the net tent heated by kerosene furnace in cold environment,and to obtain the temperature distribution regular of each point in the tent,so as to provide reference and basis for the analysis of heating effect and energy saving transformation.Methods:Through many temperature tests,the temperature field in the net tent was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software.Results:When the ambient temperature was the lowest-15℃ and the highest-6℃ at night and day,respectively,the two kerosene furnaces were placed in the net tent to observe the temperature fluctuation range,and the heat stratification phenomenon was obvious in the vertical direction by using the natural convective heat transfer mode,and the air flow velocity in most areas could meet the requirements of comfort in the tent.Conclusion:The simulation results are helpful to understand the distribution of temperature field in tent and guide the placement of drugs,box groups and beds in net tent in cold environment.Because of the phenomenon of thermal stratification,kerosene furnace is not the first choice for heating in net tent,and can only be used as a temporary alternative.
