摘　　要：文章分析了增安型防爆电机新、老国标的差异,阐述了新标准电机在制造工艺方面提高防爆性能的改进措施,以及在役老标准电机在运行中存在的隐患。进而对新、老标准增安型电机进行了安全评价,指出了对老标准增安型电机安全升级改造的必要性,提出了实施方案。This paper analyzes the differences between the old and new national standards of safety-increasing explosion-proof Motors,and expounds the improvement measures for improving the explosion-proof performance of the new standard motors in the manufacturing process,as well as the hidden troubles existing in the operation of the Old Standard Motors in service.Then the safety evaluation of the new and old standard increased safety motor is carried out,the necessity of upgrading the old standard increased safety motor is pointed out,and the implementation scheme is put forward.
