摘　　要：夹套管是双层管壁结构的管路,在化工装置中其输送的通常为工艺物料。笔者结合浙石化一期26万t/a丙烯腈装置为例,从夹套管的定义、项目背景及施工中注意点3个方面进行探讨,着重讨论了定距板的安装、支架的安装以及焊接与试压等施工问题,希望为相关人员在夹套管管道的设计工作中提供参考。The jacketed pipe is a pipe with double wall structure,which usually transports process materials in chemical plant,Based on the first phase 260000t/a acrylonitrile plant of Zhejiang Petrochemical Company,the author discusses the definition of jacketed pipe,project background and construction points,The installation of distance plate,bracket,welding and pressure test are discussed,It is hoped to provide reference for relevant personnel in the design of jacketed pipe.
