个性化服务在降低预防接种不良反应中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的研究个性化服务应用于预防接种中,对于减少不良反应发生的价值。方法选择卫生院在2019年1月~2019年6月进行预防接种的患者170例,按照一定标准分为对照组(85)和研究组(85),前者进行常规护理,后者提供个性化服务,对比护理满意度和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总满意度达到95.29%,远高于对照组的76.47%,差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组出现红肿3例,疼痛2例,发热2例,皮疹3例,不良反应发生率为11.76%。而研究组出现发热1例,皮疹1例,不良反应发生率为2.35%。研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在预防接种过程中提供个性化服务,满足患者的个性化需求,可有效提高接种质量,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To study the value of personalized services in the prevention of adverse reactions.Methods A total of 170 patients who were vaccinated during the period from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected by the hospital.They were divided into control group(85)and study group(85)according to certain criteria.Services,comparing nursing satisfaction with adverse events.Results The total satisfaction of the study group reached 95.29%,which was much higher than 76.47%of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were 3 cases of redness and swelling in the control group,2 cases of pain,2 cases of fever,and 3 cases of rash.The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.76%.In the study group,there was 1 case of fever and 1 case of rash.The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.35%.The study group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Providing personalized services during the vaccination process to meet the individual needs of patients can effectively improve the quality of vaccination and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
