摘　　要：介绍了阻旋式料位计应用在某燃煤电厂正压直吹式制粉系统中取得的效果,以及在使用过程中遇到堵煤开关自身卡涩、设备间误碰、煤块卡涩开关等问题,针对这些问题,采取了增大给煤机密封风入口手动阀开度、普通继电器改为延时继电器等措施,有效消除故障,提高了设备的可靠性。This paper introduces the effect of application of drag rotating coal level gauge on the direct blowing pulverizing system of coal-fired power plant, and the problems encountered during operation, such as coal plug switch stuck, inadvertent contact between equipment, and switch stuck by coal cake etc., in view of these problems, some measures are adopted, such as increasing the opening of manual operated valves at the air inlet of coal feeder seal fan, replacing the common relays with time-delayed relays etc., which enhances the reliability of equipment.
