摘　　要：根据变电修试工作特点,结合一线班组实际工作内容,总结出了"三四五工作法"即三重点、四到位、五检查。该方法强化了超前管理理念,将安全生产关口前移,防患于未然,有效地保证了人身和设备的安全。According to the characteristics of substation repair and test work, based on the actual work content of the front-line team, the "three-four-five work method", i.e. "three key points, four in place, and five inspections" is summarized, which strengthens the early management concept, moves forward the production safety control gateway, and prevents the problems before they occur, thus effectively guaranteeing the safety of people and equipment.
