冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后应用益心康泰胶囊的疗效及对患者血流变、血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病(CHD)经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后应用益心康泰胶囊治疗对疗效、血流变、血管内皮功能等的影响。方法选择2018年6月至2019年6月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的PCI治疗CHD患者200例实施分组研究,以随机双盲法分为两组,每组100例。对照组术后用西药疗法,观察组加用益心康泰胶囊治疗。评价两组疗效,测定并比较治疗前后血流变与血管内皮功能指标。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前组间全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前一氧化氮与内皮素-1比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组一氧化氮更高,内皮素-1更低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCI治疗CHD患者,术后在常规西药方案上联合益心康泰胶囊治疗,可提高疗效,更好地改善血流变、血管内皮功能指标,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effects of Yixinkang Capsule on the efficacy,hemorheology and vascular endothelial function after percutaneous coronary intervention(CHD)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 200 patients with CHD who underwent PCI in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups by random double-blind method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine after operation,and the observation group was treated with Yixin Kangtai capsule.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the blood rheology and vascular endothelial function indexes before and after treatment were measured and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood rheological index,high blood viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity or plasma viscosity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,those indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the vascular endothelial function index or the nitric oxide and endothelin-1 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The observation group had higher nitric oxide and lower endothelin-1 after treatment,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PCI patients with CHD can be treated with Yixin Kangtai Capsule on the routine western medicine regimen to improve the curative effect and improve the blood rheology and vascular endothelial function.It is worthy of clinical application.
