摘 要:以铕为中心原子,2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(TTA)和二苯甲酰甲烷(DBM)为第一配体,三苯基氧膦(TPPO)和1,10-菲罗啉(Phen)为协同配体,采用超声辅助溶剂热法组合制备了3种Eu-(β-二酮)配合物Eu-TTA-TPPO、Eu-DBM-TPPO、Eu-DBMPhen。采用多手段进行表征,并以Eu-TTA-TPPO为原料涂覆制备了近紫外转换红光和白光器件。结果表明,配体和铕原子配位成键,紫外区吸收强烈,分解温度达到250℃以上,可在300~500 nm较宽范围激发,发射光谱呈现出Eu(Ⅲ)的5D0→7FJ(J=0,1,2,3,4)特征红色荧光,荧光寿命分别为0.491、0.184、0.247 ms,量子产率分别为27.7%、17.3%、19.4%,色坐标分别为(0.657,0.331)、(0.631,0.338)、(0.630,0.340)。Three new types of europium- (β-Diketone) luminescent complexes were synthesized with ultrasound-assisted solvent-thermal method,denoted as Eu-TTA-TPPO,Eu-DBM-TPPO,Eu-DBM-Phen.By taking europium as the central atom,2-thiophene trifluoroacetone and dibenzoylmethane as the first ligands,triphenylphosphine oxide and 1,10-phenanthroline as the second ligands,the properties and luminescence performance were characterized by elemental analysis,UV,FT-IR,TG,FLS,etc.Furthermore,near-ultraviolet photoluminescent red and white light devices were prepared by coating Eu-TTA-TPPO as red composition.Results indicate that the ligand are coordinated with europium atom.The complexes show strong absorption in ultraviolet region.The initial decomposition temperature reaches up to 250 ℃ .They can be excited in a wide range of 300 to 500 nm wavelength.The emission spectrum exhibited characteristic red fluorescence 5D0→7FJ(J = 0,1,2,3,4) of europium.The fluorescence lifetimes are 0.491 ms,0.184 ms,0.247 ms,quantum yields are 27.7%,17.3%,19.4%,and the chromaticity coordinates are (0.657,0.331), (0.631,0.338), (0.630,0.340),respectively.
