支线机场对所在地可达性及经济格局均衡性的影响

摘　　要：以2011—2017年我国55个新通航支线机场所在地为研究对象,分析通航前后当地小时交流圈及加权平均旅行时间、经济潜力的变化;并计算支线机场通航后区域综合可达性与人均GDP人口加权变异系数,分析区域可达性的时空变化与经济格局均衡性。结果表明:①支线机场的通航可显著提升所在地的可达性与经济潜力;②各地可达性提升程度差异主要受到支线机场航线连通因素影响,而非区域内支线机场数量影响;③支线机场可达性的区域空间分布与经济格局的均衡性变化之间不完全对应但变异系数均随支线机场通航而减小,“胡焕庸线”两侧经济潜力差距减小,表明支线机场通航后一定时期内对区域经济趋向均衡发展具有一定程度正向作用,但长期效果仍需观测。This study aims to analyze the effects of regional airports on local accessibility and explore the impacts on equilibrium of economic patterns.Based on the regions of 55 new regional airports opened in 2011-2017;changes of hourly communication area,weighted average travel time and economic potential are studied and compared;population weighted coefficients of variation of the region comprehensive accessibility and per capita GDP are caculated.The results show that:1)The navigation of the regional airport can significantly improve local accessibility and economic potential.2)The difference of accessibility improvement degree in different regions is mainly affected by the connectivity factors of the airline network of regional airports,rather than the number of regional airports in the region.3)The spatial distribution of regional accessibility does not completely correspond to the equilibrium change of the economic pattern,but the coefficient of variation decreases with the navigation of the regional airport.The gap in economic potential between two sides of the"Hu line"has decreased,indicating that the regional airports has a certain positive effect on the regional economy balanced development within a certain period of time,but the long-term effect still needs to observe.
