摘　　要：通脉降浊方是辽宁中医药大学附属医院王凤荣教授经过多年理论钻研与临床实践总结,改良自仲景《伤寒论》经方大柴胡汤,通过祛痰降浊,活血化瘀之法辨证治疗心系相关疾病获得显著地临床疗效,包括对动脉粥样硬化前期病变,冠心病心绞痛,双心疾病,急性冠脉综合征等均有确切疗效,且已通过大量实验研究证实。周旭,王帅等通过对多家医院通脉降浊方干预动脉粥样硬化前期病变人群的临床观察中,证明通脉降浊方可有效缓解动脉粥样硬化的进程,对动脉粥样硬化前期病变人群的疾病预防起到重要的作用。王楠,高敏等通过大量临床观察证实,通脉降浊方对于冠心病稳定性心绞痛,或是冠心病不稳定心绞痛均有显著疗效。刘仕利等通过临床观察,发现通脉降浊方可显著改善急性心梗经皮冠状动脉介入疗法术后患者临床症状和体征。王乐等通过临床研究得出结论,通脉降浊方可提升经皮冠状动脉介入疗法术后急性冠脉综合征患者整体生存情况,改善其生活质量,对经皮冠状动脉介入疗法术后急性冠脉综合征患者预后意义重大。田苗等通过实验研究,证实了通脉降浊煎剂具有抗动脉粥样硬化,抗抑郁,保护中枢神经系统的作用。通脉降浊方中各组成药物有改善血脂,抗血小板聚集,抗血栓形成,抗AS,抗抑郁等方面作用且疗效确切,还具有经济实惠,方便使用,不良反应少等优势,值得进一步研究与推广应用。现对近十年关于通脉降浊方的临床试验与实验研究进行概括总结,以供同道参考。Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction is improved from the classic prescription Dachaihu Decoction in Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseasesby Professor WANG Fengrong who works in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine after many years of theoretical research and clinical practice summary.The prescription has obtained remarkable clinical effect through the method of eliminating phlegm and turbidity,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis when treating the preclinical atherosclerosis,angina pectoris,double heart disease,acute coronary syndromes etc.The effect has been confirmed by a large number of experimental studies.Through the clinical observation of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction in many hospitals,ZHOU Xu and WANG Shuai proved that Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction can effectively alleviate the process of atherosclerosis and plays an important role in the prevention of diseases in the preclinical atherosclerosis patients.WANG Nan,GAO Min and others have confirmed through a large number of clinical observations that Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction has significant effect on stable angina pectoris or unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.LIU Shili and others found that Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention.WANG Le and others have concluded through clinical research that Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction has significant effect on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease or unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction can improve the overall survival and quality of life of patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention,which is of great significance to the prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention.TIAN Miao has confirmed that Tongmai Jiangzhuo Decoction has the effect of anti atherosclerosis,anti depression and protecting t
