中医综合护理模式对普外科手术患者术后疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合护理模式对普外科手术患者术后疼痛的影响。方法2019年6月-2020年1月,收集在医院普外科接受手术治疗的154例手术患者作为研究对象,均为择期手术,并通过随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予普外科常规围手术期护理方式,而观察组给予中医综合护理模式,比较两组术后恢复情况相关指标,具体包括心率、收缩压以及收缩压等术后应激水平,以及术后首次排气时间、下床活动时间以及并发症发生情况。通过NRS数字评分法比较两组患者术后第一天、术后第三天以及术后一周的疼痛情况。结果观察组心率、收缩压以及收缩压等术后应激水平均显著优于对照组,且观察组术后首次排气时间、术后下床活动时间均显著短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后第一天NRS评分差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第三天以及术后一周两组NRS评分均有所下降,但观察组术后第三天以及术后一周NRS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理模式对普外科手术患者术后疼痛的影响显著,对普外科手术患者给予中医综合护理模式能够有效改善术后应激水平,同时缓解的术后疼痛情况,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing mode on postoperative pain of patients undergoing general surgery.Methods From June 2019 to January 2020,154 patients undergoing surgical treatment in the general surgery department of our hospital were collected as research objects,all of which were elective surgeries,and randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Control group patients give general routine perioperative nursing,the observation group patients give Chinese comprehensive care model,compared two groups of patients with postoperative recovery related indicators,including heart rate and systolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure and postoperative stress level,for the first time,and the patient’s postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time and complications.NRS digital score was used to compare the pain of patients in the two groups on the first day,the third day and the week after surgery.Results the postoperative stress levels,such as heart rate,systolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure,were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group,and the first postoperative exhaust time and postoperative deactivation time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05),and the NRS scores of the two groups on the third day after surgery and one week after surgery were decreased.However,the NRS scores of the observation group on the third day after surgery and one week after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the comprehensive nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant impact on postoperative pain of patients undergoing general surgery.The comprehensive nursing mode of tradi
