摘　　要：围绝经期抑郁症是妇科的一种常见病、多发病,发生于妇女经断前后,且其发病率有呈逐年增高的趋势,严重危害围绝经期妇女的身心健康,从而影响家庭和睦与社会和谐。如何帮助围绝经期妇女安然渡过这一阶段也成为近年来医学关注的重点问题。因此,寻求一种切实有效的治疗方法,帮助围绝经期妇女顺利渡过这一时期,具有重要的临床意义及社会价值。从现代医学、祖国医学对本病的认识及中西医的治疗现状进行论述。目前西医认识主要在于围绝经期妇女体内雌孕激素明显下降,产生的结果间接与下丘脑-垂体其他轴系、炎症因子、单胺类神经递质、神经营养因子、褪黑素等相互作用诱使抑郁症的发生、发展。目前西医主要应用激素替代疗法、抗抑郁药等对症治疗,在临床中能够缓解症状,疗效虽明确,但是停药后容易反复,长期使用,不良反应明显,且依赖性强,患者不易接受。而祖国医学治疗本病相对有着明显优势,临床各中医学家对本病的认识及治疗各有千秋,通过研究发现,本病的病变部位主要为肝肾,证型以肾虚肝郁型居多,并发现从肝肾着手辨证施治围绝经期抑郁症有明显的优势,且对症治疗疗效明显。但亦有一定的局限性,通过不断的临床研究发现,当以西医疗法与中医治法联合时,拓宽了中西医各自的治疗范围,从而为围绝经期抑郁症的妇女带来了福音。Perimenopausal depression is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecology.It occurs before and after women’s rupture,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year,seriously jeopardizing the physical and mental health of perimenopausal women,and thus affecting family and the society.How to help the perimenopausal women to survive this stage has become a key issue in medical care in recent years.Therefore,it is of great clinical and social value to seek an effectivetreatment method to help perimenopausal women to successfully pass this period.The article mainly discussed the modern medicine,the motherland medicine’s understanding of the disease and the current status of Chinese and Western medicine treatment.At present,Western medicine’s understanding of this disease mainly lies in the significant decline of estrogen and progesterone in perimenopausal women.The results are indirectly related to the hypothalamic-pituitary axis,inflammatory factors,monoamine neurotransmitters,neurotrophic factors,and melatonin.Such interactions induce the occurrence and development of depression.At present,Western medicine mainly applies symptomatic treatment such as hormone replacement therapy and antidepressant,which can relieve symptoms in clinical practice.Although the curative effect is clear,it is easy to repeat after stopping the drug,long-term use,obvious side effects,and strong dependence,and patients are not easy to accept.The motherlandmedical treatmenthas obvious advantages.The clinical doctors have different understandings and treatments for this disease.Through research,it is found that the lesions of this disease are mainly liver and kidney,and the syndrome type is mostly kidney deficiency and liver stagnation.It is obvious that there is a clear advantage in the treatment of peri-menopausal depression from the liver and kidney,and the curative effect is obvious.However,there are certain limitations.Through continuous clinical research,it is found that when Western medicine is combined with traditio
