摘 要:为研究胡麻种子萌发和幼苗生长期对不同浓度NaCl胁迫的响应情况,以胡麻品种定亚17号为材料,研究了0、50、100、150、200mmol/L NaCl胁迫下胡麻种子萌发及幼苗生长情况。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,胡麻种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均呈现逐渐下降的趋势,而幼苗的株高、根长、地上部和根部的鲜重和干重则呈现先升高后下降的趋势,在50mmol/L NaCl胁迫下高于对照,NaCl浓度高于100mmol/L时逐渐下降。NHX基因在叶片和根中均有表达,表达量均与NaCl浓度正相关,且根部受诱导程度高于叶片。In order to study the response of seed germination and seedling growth of oil flax( Linum usitatissimum L.) to NaCl stress of different concentrations,the oil flax cultivar ‘Dingya 17’was chose as material,the seed germination and seedling growth of oil flax under 0,50,100,150 and 200 mmol/L NaCl stress were studied.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index of oil flax seeds decreased gradually,while the plant height,root length,fresh weight and dry weight of the above ground part and root increased first and then decreased,which was higher than that of control under 50 mmol/L NaCl stress and decreased gradually when NaCl concentration was higher than 100 mmol/L.NHX gene was expressed in leaves and roots,and the expression was positively correlated with NaCl concentration.The induction degree of NHX gene in roots was higher than leaves.
