摘 要:为明确山东省小麦白粉病菌群体的毒性结构组成,利用31份已知抗白粉病基因的小麦品种(系)对采自山东省德州、烟台、济南、济宁、聊城、临沂6市共62个小麦白粉病菌株毒性结构进行鉴定,并构建山东省小麦白粉病菌系毒性聚类图。结果表明,山东省小麦白粉病菌群体对抗病基因Pm1a、Pm3b、Pm3c、Pm3d、Pm3e、Pm3f、Pm5a、Pm6、Pm7、Pm8、Pm13、Pm17、Pm19、Pm2+Ta、Pm"Era"和Pm"XBD"的毒性频率均高于70%,对抗病基因Pm21、Pm4b+5b及Pm5+6的毒性频率低于30%,仅对Pm21抗病基因无毒性;德州市、烟台市、济宁市、济南市、聊城市和临沂市白粉病菌群体分别对12、15、22、23、25、28个抗病基因的毒性频率高于70%;对小麦白粉病菌株毒性聚类分析发现,62个小麦白粉病菌株毒性相似系数在0.67~1.00之间,说明6地市的小麦白粉病菌群体间毒性存在一定差异,德州市和烟台市的大部分菌株毒性结构相似度高,其余地市菌株毒性结构相似度高。In order to clarify the virulence structure composition of Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici( Bgt)population in Shandong Province,the virulence structure of 62 isolates collected from Dezhou,Yantai,Jinan,Jining,Liaocheng and Linyi were identified against 31 wheat cultivars( lines) with known powdery mildew resistant genes,and constructed the clustering graph of virulence of wheat powdery mildew of Shandong Province.The results showed that the mean virulence frequency of Bgt to the resistance genes Pm1 a,Pm3 b,Pm3 c,Pm3 d,Pm3 e,Pm3 f,Pm5 a,Pm6,Pm7,Pm8,Pm13,Pm17,Pm19,Pm2 + Ta,Pm "Era"and Pm"XBD"exceeded 70%,while that to the resistance genes Pm21,Pm4 b + 5 b and Pm5 + 6 was lower than30%,and none of isolates was compatible to Pm21.The comparing results of virulence frequencies indicated that Bgt population of Dezhou,Yantai,Jining,Jinan,Liaocheng and Linyi against 12,15,22,23,25 and 28 resistance genes exceeded 70% respectively.The clustering results indicated that the virulence similarity coefficient of the 62 strains was between 0.67 and 1.00,which means small difference in virulence among Bgt populations,and most isolates of Dezhou and Yantai were clustered into the first group,and the others isolates were clustered into the second group.
