负压助勃装置联合PDE5i药物治疗勃起功能障碍的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨负压助勃装置联合PDE5i药物治疗勃起功能障碍患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月至2019年6月本院收治的勃起功能障碍患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组单用PDE5i药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合负压助勃装置治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组IIEF-5评分、阴茎长度及周径变化、患者及性伴侣满意度、安全性。结果两组治疗后1个月IIEF-5评分低于治疗后10 d(P<0.05);两组治疗后1个月阴茎长度及周径均长于治疗后10 d(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月、治疗后10 d IEF-5评分低于对照组(P<0.05);阴茎长度及周径均长于对照组(P<0.05);200例患者治疗后患者满意190例,满意率为95.00%,性伴侣满意194例,满意度为97.00%,患者治疗过程中均未发生阴茎麻木、不适应进行交痛等不良反应;超声下患者治疗后阴茎动脉血流峰值流速明显增加;部分患者尿道海绵体扩张。结论负压助勃装置联合PDE5i药物治疗勃起功能障碍能改善患者勃起功能,提高性生活满意度,且该治疗方法安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of negative pressure booster device combined with PDE5i drug therapy in patients with erectile dysfunction.Methods 200 patients with erectile dysfunction from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects,they were randomly divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).The control group was treated with PDE5i alone,the observation group was treated with negative pressure booster device on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated with one-month treatment.The IIEF-5 score,penis length and circumference diameter,patient and sexual partner satisfaction,safety of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After one month treatment,the IIEF-5 score in the two groups were lower than that of the 10 days after treatment(P<0.05).The length and circumference of the penis in the two groups were longer than 10 days after treatment(P<0.05).IIEF-5 score in the observation group was lower than in the control group at 1 month after treatment and 10 days after treatment(P<0.05).Penis length and circumference were longer than the control group(P<0.05).200 patients after treatment satisfied with 190 cases,the satisfaction rate was 95.00%,the sexual partner was satisfied with 194 cases,and the satisfaction rate was 97.00%.There was no penile numbness in the treatment process,and it was not suitable for traffic and other adverse reactions.The penile artery blood flow peak after treatment under ultrasound the flow rate increased significantly,some patients had dilated corpus cavernosum.Conclusion The combination of negative pressure booster device and PDE5i drug in patients with erectile dysfunction can improve the erectile function and the satisfaction of sexual life.The treatment method is safe and worthy of popularization and application.
