中药香砂六君子汤加减治疗胃溃疡的临床价值体会

摘　　要：目的探析中药香砂六君子汤加减在胃溃疡中的治疗效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年12月本院收治的胃溃疡患者60例为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药香砂六君子汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、复发率等。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃液量、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应;随访6个月,观察组复发率为0.00%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论中药香砂六君子汤加减用于胃溃疡治疗中疗效确切,促进溃疡愈合,预防疾病反复发作,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on gastric ulcer.Methods 60 cases of gastric ulcer patients admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction plus or minus treatment on this basis.The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were collected.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric juice volume,PGI and PGII levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups.The recurrence rate of the observation group at 6 months of follow-up was 0.00%,which was lower than that of the control group 16.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer,promoting the healing of ulcer and preventing recurrence of disease,which is worthy of promotion.
