自拟温肾育子汤治疗男性不育症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析自拟温肾育子汤治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法选取2010年至2017年本院收治的男性不育症患者52例作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分配方式分为两组,每组26例。观察组实施自拟温肾育子汤治疗,对照组实施常规治疗。比较两组的总有效率、精子活动率、精子畸形率、精子密度、精子活率。结果观察组总有效率为96.15%,显著高于对照组的61.54%(P<0.05);观察组精子活动率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的57.69%(P<0.05)。观察组精子畸形率为3.85%,低于对照组的26.92%(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组精子密度、精子活率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组精子密度、精子活率与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对男性不育症患者实施自拟温肾育子汤治疗,疗效显著,在多个方面具有显著优势。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Wenshen Yuzi Decoction on male infertility.Methods A total of 52 male infertility patients admitted to our hospital from 2010 to 2017 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into observation group(implementation Self-made Wenshen Yuzi Decoction)and control group(conventional treatment)using computer random allocation,with 26 cases in each group.The total effective rate,sperm motility rate,sperm deformity rate,sperm density and sperm viability rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that 61.54%of the control group(P<0.05);the sperm activity rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than that 57.69%of the control group(P<0.05).The sperm deformity rate in the observation group was 3.85%lower than that 26.92%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in sperm density and sperm viability between the observation group and the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the observation group after treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of male infertility patients with self-made Wenshen Yuzi Decoction has a significant effect and can have significant advantages in many aspects.
