米力农治疗小儿重症肺炎合并心功能不全的疗效和对脑钠肽水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨米力农用于治疗小儿重症肺炎合并心功能不全患儿的疗效及对脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法随机选取2016年9月至2018年9月本院收治的70例小儿重症肺炎合并心功能不全患儿,分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组患儿采用去乙酰毛花苷治疗,研究组患儿则采用米力农治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张期内径(LVEDD)、舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)、BNP指标水平及临床疗效。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);研究组患儿LVEF为(59.94±4.78)%、LVEDD为(24.68±3.09)mm,明显高于对照组,研究组患儿IVST为(11.03±1.27)mm,BNP为(76.42±12.58)ng/L,明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米力农是治疗小儿重症肺炎合并心功能不全患儿的有效药物,可提高临床疗效,改善患儿心功能指标和脑钠肽水平。Objective To investigate the efficacy of milrinone in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia and cardiac insufficiency and its effect on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level.Methods 70 children with severe pneumonia and cardiac insufficiency were randomly selected from September 2016 to September 2018 in our hospital and they were divided into control group and research group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with deacetylflorin,while the study group was treated with milrinone.The levels of LVEF,LVEDD,IVST,BNP indexes and treatment effects were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF and LVEDD in the study group were(59.94±4.78)%and(24.68±3.09)mm,whith was significantly higher than those in the control group,and the IVST and BNP were(11.03±1.27)mm and(76.42±12.58)ng/L,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups of indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Milrinone is an effective drug for children with severe pneumonia and cardiac insufficiency.It can improve the cardiac function index and brain natriuretic peptide level as well as the clinical efficacy.
