摘　　要：自噬是真核细胞中溶酶体通过降解细胞内受损成分来为细胞提供营养与能量的过程,在维持机体稳态中起重要作用,并蕴含中医阴阳对立互根、消长转化的理论内涵。自噬过程在正常子宫内膜中有序发生,并随月经周期发生变化,子宫内膜异位性疾病患者子宫内膜自噬水平异于正常内膜,且不随月经周期发生改变,可能是子宫内膜异位性疾病发生发展的重要机制,也是阴阳失衡的微观表现。从中医阴阳理论探讨自噬与子宫内膜异位性疾病的相关性,有利于中西医结合对子宫内膜异位性疾病的认识与治疗。Autophagy is a process in which lysosomes in eukaryotic cells provide nutrients and energy for cells by degrading the damaged components of cells.It plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the organism and contains the theoretical connotation of the opposition between Yin and Yang in traditional Chinese medicine.Autophagy occurs orderly in normal endometrium and changes with the menstrual cycle.The level of endometrial autophagy in patients with endometriosis or adenomyosis is different from that in normal endometrium,and does not change with the menstrual cycle.It may be an important mechanism for the occurrence and development of endometriosis,and also a microcosmic manifestation of Yin-Yang imbalance.Discussing the correlation between autophagy and endometriosis from the theory of Yin-Yang of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful for the understanding and treatment of endometriosis by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
