口服中药复方治疗血脂异常疗效和安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的口服中药复方治疗血脂异常的临床疗效和安全性的系统评价。方法检索中药复方治疗血脂异常的随机对照研究文献,进行数据提取和方法学质量评价,用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入10篇RCT文献,中医药治疗综合疗效Meta分析显示:[RR=1.03,95%CI(0.98,1.08),Z=1.22,P=0.22];中医药调节总胆固醇(TC)的Meta分析显示:[MD=0.09,95%CI(-0.28,0.46),Z=0.49,P=0.62];中医药调节甘油三酯(TG)的Meta分析显示:[MD=0.16,95%CI(-0.09,0.41),Z=1.27,P=0.20];中医药调节高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的Meta分析显示:[MD=-0.02,95%CI(-0.20,0.16),Z=0.19,P=0.85];中医药调节低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的Meta分析显示:[MD=-0.01,95%CI(-0.53,0.31,Z=0.51,P=0.61]。中医药改善血脂异常中医证候疗效的Meta分析显示:[RR=1.61,95%CI(1.42,1.83),Z=7.29,P<0.00001];中医药治疗血脂异常的安全性Meta分析显示:[RR=0.51,95%CI(0.28,0.92),Z=2.23,P=0.03]。口服中药复方可以有效治疗血脂异常,且不良反应少。Objective The clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dyslipidemia.Method Data extraction and methodological quality evaluation were carried out by searching randomized controlled literature on the treatment of dyslipidemia with traditional Chinese medicine compound.Meta-analysis was performed by Revman 5.3 software.Result Totally,10 RCTs were included.Meta-analysis of the comprehensive efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment showed no significance[OR=1.24,95%CI(0.88,1.75),Z=1.22,P=0.22].The Meta-analysis of TCM regulating TC showedno significance[MD=0.09,95%CI(-0.28,0.46),Z=0.49,P=0.62].The Meta-analysis of TCM regulating TG showedno significance[MD=0.16,95%CI(-0.09,0.41),Z=1.27,P=0.20].The Meta-analysis of traditional Chinese medicine regulating HDL-C showedno significance[MD=-0.02,95%CI(-0.20,0.16),Z=0.19,P=0.85].The Meta-analysis of traditional Chinese medicine regulating LDL-C showedno significance[MD=-0.01,95%CI(-0.53,0.31,Z=0.51,P=0.61].Meta-analysis of Chinese medicine to improve the efficacy of TCM syndromes showed significance[OR=10.13,95%CI(5.38,19.09),Z=7.16,P<0.00001].Meta-analysis of the safety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment showedsignificance[OR=0.46,95%CI(0.24,0.88),Z=2.34,P=0.02].Conclusion Chinese medicine compound can effectively treat dyslipidemia with few adverse reactions.
